Officially in Martham parish as from 1986.

July 1979. On crest of low hill, in field south of B1152 to Martham. Found with metal detecting in ploughsoil.
Fragment of cruciform brooch consisting of lower part of bow and foot. Foot damaged but retains eyes of a face, (S1).
Other material from site examined but all post medieval or undatable.
