Full Description
April 1973. Found beside bypass. 1.2m (4ft) deep in workmen's trench.
Pottery skillet, 12cm high, 12.7cm diameter mouth, hollow cylindrical handle 1.4cm diameter at mouth; base diameter 10.5cm. Red coarse fabric, lead-glazed dark brown exterior, bright orange inside. Two legs, third is missing.
