Full Description
1953. North of Caudle Carr.
Medieval sherds, tiles and part of a rotary quern.

Pre 1995. Stray Find.
An article published in 1995 (S1) describes the discovery of Mesolithic blade and blade cores in the field to the south of Caudle Carr (NHER 14353). This article also notes that a flint scatter with a blade component has been identified in this field, these pieces being observed in soil disturbed by rabbits.

One small side and end scraper in dark grey flint, unpatinated.
One small mainly side scraper, pale grey, damaged by fire.
Four flakes, one fragment, unworked.
