Summary
On the 17 April 1979 a human femur and a medieval stoneware flagon were pulled from deep mud near to the River Wissey. A patch of burnt earth was also noted in the vicinity.

Full Description
17 April 1979. Site located near to the River Wissey, finds 1.2m (4ft) deep in mud.
A human femur (left leg) was discovered with an early post medieval stoneware flagon nearby. Wooden stakes and burnt earth were also recorded.
