Summary

Metal detecting at this site has recovered two Roman coins, an Early Saxon brooch and medieval buckle. These finds are part of a larger Roman to Late Saxon settlement and Early Saxon cemetery complex.

Tiny copper alloy coin, smaller than AE4 of House of Constantine. Reverse: VICTORIAE DD AVGG Trier mint.
Copper alloy half centenionalis of Constantius II.
Reverse: FEL TEMP REPARATIO, phoenix STG on globe, See (S5).
