The site of a post medieval brickworks, brick kilns and associated clay pits to the east and south. Elements of this site are visible on aerial photographs (S3), however these were not mapped as part of the NMP project. Reference to the Ordnance Survey First edition map (1879-86, 6") (S4) and Second edition map (1902-7, 25") (S5) provides superior detail of the site than that visible on the aerial photographs.
