Summary
According to the 1836 Ordnance Survey, a drainage mill once stood here. The tithe award map marks a Horse Fen Mill in 1838 but shows it on the other side of dyke. It is therefore possible that the mill here was the one shown on the 1838 map, with the 1836 Ordnance Survey misplacing it in error.

Site of drainage mill.
Marked on 1st edition 1in Ordnance Survey 1836.
E. Rose (NAU) 29 April 1980.
Tithe award map marks a Horse Fen Mill (1838) but shows it on other side of dyke.
(Which is correct? Is OS more likely to be accurate? Or was the mill moved?).
