Summary

This red brick footbridge is dated by the inscription 1709 on the keystone and is inscribed TF and CL in the arches. The iron railings were made at Great Walsingham Foundry in 1912. This site has been confused with NHER 2053.

NIAS records:
The 1709 reference to NHER 2053 is a mistake for this bridge. The Tithe (S1) and 1st ed. O.S. (S2) maps show only 1 bridge on the river in the early 19th century, meaning the other 2 bridges were built recently.
