Summary

This brick house incorporates stone window surrounds and a columned porch that were formerly part of St Anne's House, King's Lynn, and latterly at Wolterton Hall. It dates to around 1914 with the interior featuring a panelled room and marble fireplace.

The 1985 Listing includes as Grade II an East Lodge to the Hall. No east lodge marked on Ordnance Survey - this is the easternmost - but description is of a brick arch between two brick houses with pilasters; no stonework or columned porch mentioned.

No this refers to the attachment to the Hall itself (see NHER 6711). The columned porch on North Lodge was demolished many years ago.

Revised Listing 1991 dates to 1914; interior has panelled room and marble fireplace. But it does describe a Tuscan columned porch!
