September 1980. Metal detecting.
North end of field called Silver Hill, 450m north of line of east to west Roman road (NHER 2796).
Found in ploughsoil, in area 10m across.
Three badly corroded coins: as of Trajan, dupondius possibly of Vespasian, and follis of Constantine I, BEATA TRANQVILLITAS, mint mark illegible.
