Summary

Metal-detecting at this location in 1980 recovered several objects including a Roman brooch fragment a medieval horse harness pendant and a probable medieval book clasp.

Medieval gilt copper alloy horse harness pendant. See sketch (S1).
2 ?medieval copper alloy plates.
Photographs KLM, copy (S2) in file.
All items donated to King's Lynn Museum (KILLM : 1980.211.1-4). The museum's records suggest that one of the copper alloy plates was subsequently identified as a medieval book clasp.
