Summary

This is the site of Abbot's Watermill, which was active during the life of the priory. The site either side of the river has been largely built over, and the current bridge is not of notable age or provenance.

Site of Abbot's Watermill.
Active during life of priory. (S1) mentions a millstone found in river around 1900. Site west of road now being built over (1980) that on east already built over. Bridge itself not of great age.
