Summary

A water tower that was constructed around 1900 and that has been converted into a house. It is three storeys tall and is built of brick. It was one of two water towers built for Hunstanton. The other was located to the north and has been demolished (NHER 40217).

Also known as 'Heacham', although in Hunstanton parish.
Built about 1900. Tall, three storey, brick, with parapet. Four flat angle pilasters each side. Square recessed panels on ground floor and round headed doorway. First floor has round headed panels and windows. Top floor, circular windows.

A. Lawson (NAU) thinks this may have been demolished, but that was another tower further north (NHER 40217).

Dated 1897 on listing (S1).
Architect's plans (S2) in file.
However (S3) in file dates the building to 1912 rather than 1897 and says it was converted to a house in 1984.
