Part of a prehistoric flint blade, together with large quantities of medieval and post medieval pottery fragments were found on the surface in 1979.

Large quantity 12th to 15th century sherds.
Nine sherds stoneware (one 16th century, one 16th to 17th century, others later). Large numbers of late medieval/Transitional and post medieval sherds.
Broken flint blade.
