Summary

This large 18th century house is brick with timber framed partition walls and ceilings. It has a large fireplace with ovens and a later good staircase with a lamp niche underneath. It has now been restored.

Notes to accompany the above were never received. Note that one photograph shows that on the upper floor a tiebeam on expanded posts is cut by a door. Another tie on expanded tops added to the originals is set above it,
indicating that the upper floor has been heightened.
