Summary

During the period 1972-74 a range of prehsitoric flint implements were recovered from the surface of the field here. Types identified included scrapers, pounders and knives. Geophysical survey between 2002 and 2003 recorded a scatter of anomalies of uncertain origin with some possibly corresponding with a cropmark indicating the site of a pond.
