Summary
During the period of 1970-75 a collection of prehistoric flint implements was recovered from fields belonging to the farm here. Examples of scrapers, arrowheads and knives were identified from this lithic scatter.
1970-5. Finds from unspecified locations on Washpit Farm. Farmhouse at grid reference 8135 1965. Lands extend west and southwest of village. Surface finds.
