Copper alloy enamel heraldic shield.
Red enamel (five-pointed label and bend sinister) copper oxide. The bend sinister has been fretted to key in the enamel.

Museum of London says: the enamel only survives in the label. It is late 13th century. Arms of Robert de Kendall of Bedford.
