Summary
In 1981 a collection of medieval and post medieval pottery sherds were found at this location. A post medieval clay pipe stem was also recovered at the same time.

Full Description
March 1981. West of Grove Lane. In kitchen garden of 18th century house.
Two lead glazed earthenware sherds.
Some stoneware (some late).
Late medieval body sherds.
Clay pipe stem.
Recent sherds.
Finds held by NCM.
