Summary

In 1981 a Bronze Age copper alloy socketed spearhead was recovered from the surface of this area. It is also thought that a second Late Bronze Age socketed spearhead, with a leaf-shaped blade, was also recovered from this area. A medieval pottery sherd was found in 2019.

Second Late Bronze Age socketed spearhead (S1 and S2), leaf shaped blade. Informant says its was probably found (but not certainly) in area of grid reference, but it is certainly not the same spearhead.
