1949. 'Found on road at Ormesby'.
Denarius of Commodus. Obverse; L AEL AVREL; reverse; PM TRP XVIII VIII COS VII PP.
Stray from 1947 Caister hoard?
Identified by R.R. Clarke (NCM).
Card compiled by E. Rose (NAU), 28 April 1981, from note found in Caister on Sea file.
Coin not reidentified.
