Summary

In 1980 various bricks and foundations were ploughed up here. Initially these were believed to be the remains of the Old Hall. However, further research shows that the only hall to precede the extant buildings was on the moated site at St Mary's (NHER 5391). This must therefore be the remains of some other building.

This must therefore be the remains of some other building.
