Summary

in 1981 a Roman or medieval iron spearhead was found by chance at this location. Metal-detecting in 2015 and 2024 recovered a medieval coin; a medieval token and a number of other metal objects including a Roman brooch; an unidentified gold object of probable Early/Middle Saxon date; medieval buckles, harness mounts, a brooch, possible mount and copper alloy skillet or posnet fragment; a medieval/post-medieval copper alloy vessel leg and a post-medieval harness mount and crotal bell.

1 medieval coin, 1 token, 3 buckles, 2 harness mounts and a copper alloy skillet or posnet handle.
