Summary

A pair of circular cropmarks have been identified on aerial photographs of this site. These had been interpreted as possibly representing the remains of Bronze Age round barrows, however this seems unlikely. However the cropmarks would appear to relate to underlying non-archaeological features.

A pair of circular cropmarks are visible on aerial photographs of this site (S1). These had been interpreted as possibly representing the remains of Bronze Age round barrows, however this seems unlikely. However the cropmarks would appear to relate to underlying non-archaeological features and have not been mapped as part of the ALSF NMP aerial photograph assessment. See NHER 50863 for other possible cropmarks recorded within this field.
