Cropmarks of rectilinear enclosures including possible double ditched boundaries or trackways of unknown date are visible on aerial photographs (S1). The central grid reference for these cropmarks has been amended from TG 3577 0209 to TG 3572 0211. A group of incomplete rectilinear enclosures and field boundaries are present. Some parallel ditch cropmarks are present. These are probably double-ditched field boundaries rather than trackways. The alignment of these does not correspond to the post medieval field pattern or that of an extensive Iron Age to Roman field system to the north-west (NHER 17291) and their date is unknown.
J. Albone (NMP), 21 June 2007
