Large wall plates. Collar beams and windbraces in attics. Spiral stair beside stack. Original mullioned windows, blocked, at its head. Date probably 17th century. House was extended to east in late 18th century, also in timber framing but with brick gable wall. Extended attic has collar beams but no windbraces.
