Full Description
Brick kiln.
Twin firing chambers, typical Norfolk type. 1.62m (5 feet 4 inchs) diameter clay pipes in face. Possible washpits and clay pits. Very ruinous and damaged by trees.
See (S1).
E. Rose (NAU), 6 October 1981.
This kiln is shown on the 25ins. O.S. (S2) map as just a quarry. This means that it was probably disused as a kiln by this point.
