Summary

In 1980 a large assemblage of Late Saxon Thetford Ware was recovered during gardening at this location. Two of the sherds featured rouletted rims.

Several Thetford Ware sherds including two rouletted rims were found while gardening at 'Cowans'.

November 1980. Find Identification.
It is a large quantity of pottery, including two rouletted rim sherds and a shelly type ware sherd.
