Summary

Metal detecting in this area during 1981 recovered a medieval lead pendant and a very corroded Roman bronze coin. Further metal-detecting in 2011 recovered a medieval coin.

1981. Metal detecting.
Lead cross on disc with raised rim having projecting beaks into angles of the cross. Rim decorated with criss-cross pattern and arms of cross and beaks with pellets.
Also a very corroded Roman coin of bronze.
