Badly battered early 3rd century sestertius probably Otacilla Severa. AD 244-9.
Identified by A. Gregory (NAU), 28 January 1982.

NB House where find marked is shown on map (S1) as No.119 High Street. No.9 is half a mile to southwest so it would seem this is the correct location the house number being wrong.

Informant states that finder told him that the above information does indeed relate to No.9 (site NHER 29039) and it was a different Roman coin (details not known) that was found at the same time at this site, No.119. [2]
