'Several years before' 1979. Fieldwalking.
Lipped terret of type derived from Leeds Class III, similar to Newstead example. Late 1st century AD.

Site marked on (S2) as 'area of terret find'.

Note the reason for the spot marked on (S2) is unknown. The site may only be 'somewhere on Whitehouse Farm'.
