Summary
A windmill is marked here on a map of 1826. This may be the correct site of the mill marked at site NHER 15561 on a map of 1797, but that would be an unusually bad error for that mapmaker. This mill is not marked on the tithe map 1838, although it has been identified as a post mill.

Full Description
Wind mill marked here on map of 1826 (S1) according to informant. [1]
He believes this is the correct site of the mill marked at site NHER 15561 on map of 1797 (S2), but that would be an unusually bad error for that mapmaker. The mill is not marked on map on 1838 (S3).
