Summary

The Old Bakery is a 17th century house with good fireplaces and walls with a steep pantile roof. Unfortunately the building was severely affected by fire in 1982, when up to 60% of the building received structural damage.

February 1977. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
Probably early 18th century. Roughcast. Steep pantile roof with gable ends. Two storeys and attic (attic windows in gable ends). Four windows, large sashes with glazing bars. Left of centre moulded architrave doorcase with keyblock and cornice on console brackets and fielded panel door. Brick chimney stack. Later lower additions on north and south ends.
