Found 0.9m (3 feet) deep in garden of Redroofs, Kirkgate Street.
Three sherds of medieval jug - handle and rim fragments. Pink sandy fabric over grey core. Signs of light green glaze on exterior surface.

Note that although described by the site name as Kirkgate Street, this is actually marked as a garden in Westgate Street on the old NHER map (S1).
