Full Description
7 August 1980. NAU aerial photography.
Linear cropmarks.
S. Norton (NAU) 17 June 1982.
June 2007. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of linear banks, probably field boundaries of unknown and post medieval date are visible on aerial photographs (S1). These cropmarks are centred on TG 3773 0407. Cropmarks of linear banks and ditches are present in a rectilinear pattern similar to the post medieval field pattern. It is likely that they are field boundaries of unknown and post medieval date.
J. Albone (NMP), 19 June 2007.
July 2023. Broads Hidden Heritage: Aerial Perspectives.
Additional to the cropmarks described above, linear ditches, probably field boundaries of post medieval date, are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (S2). The extent of the site has been expanded to include these.
S. Tremlett (Norfolk County Council, Historic Environment Service), 7 July 2023.
