Small cottage of about 1800, formerly divided in two.
Has west gable wall only of chequered brickwork, apparently 17th century.
Revealed in attached sheds, plinth of different brickwork but perhaps same date.
Actual gable rebuilt.
Visited E. Rose (NAU) 30 July 1982.
