Full Description
1982. Metal detecting. Surface find.
Elizabeth I sixpence, 1561.
Though post medieval coin finds of this sort are not usually given a county number, this find has been because of its unusual position.
Finder believes it is due to 16th century warrening.
Formerly a building called Warren House stood to east.
