1946. RAF air photographs.
Ridge and furrow and enclosures.

Earthworks of double enclosure, surrounded and divided by ditch. Not like old fields, more like a moat. Similar to, yet separate from, suggested deserted medieval village earthworks to north (NHER 11834).

Tofts, at least two with building platforms near road, on both sides of a five or six ridge-width section of north to south ridge and furrow.
B. Cushion (NLA), November 1995.
December 1995. Earthwork Survey.
Survey at 1:1000. Site extended to south of NHER 31613, with further subdued ridge and furrow.
