Summary

A 17th-century and later flint and brick house, two storeys high with attics and a one storey wing to the right. At the rear are massive projecting chimney stacks.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Windy Nook, Croft Yard. 17th century, two storey and attic, three flush frame sash windows with glazing bars. Pantile roof, with lozenge pattern in gable, good chimney at rear. Flint with brick dressings. One storey advanced wing right. Interior: stopped ovola moulded beam ground floor, first floor 17th-century moulded panelled door, two-and six-panelled doors with H and butterfly hinges. Original attic roof timbers."

Flint building, with at the rear massive projecting chimneystacks. Beside this a stair turret with gabled top. Both have quoins of modern brick. According to [1] this is recent restoration and the interior is said to have 'many ancient features'. Exterior, assuming it is an accurate resoration, could of 16th or 17th century date.
