Summary
On 27 July 1807 a Revenue cutter called Hunter was wrecked. The bodies of its crew were washed up at Waxham. A sand bar developed around the wreck until it was blown up in 1903.

Full Description
27 July 1807.
Wreck of the Revenue cutter Hunter. Bodies of crew washed up at Waxham.
Formed a sand bar until blown up in 1903. Still marked as beached wreck on 1957 Admiralty chart (S1).
