Summary

A wreck is marked on an Admiralty chart of 1957. It could be the SS Ole Bull, a Norwegian coal ship sunk by mines in 1917. The wreckage had been dispersed by 1921.

On Admiralty chart 1957, as at 52 degrees 51' north, 1 degree 36' east.

Two wrecks on survey at this approximate position.
Context 1. Unknown wreck, originally reported as HMS Francolin, which was later found at NHER 18727. This wreck discovered 1942.
Context 2. SS Ole Bull, Norwegian coal ship sunk 11 January 1917 by mines. Wreck dispersed by 1921.
