Full Description
Wreck.
Marked on Admiralty chart 1957 as at 53 degrees 01' north, 1 degree 14' east.
E. Rose (NAU), 28 January 1983.
Tanker Pontfield, forepart only.
Mined 15 September 1941, back broken, stern towed in to Yarmouth. In September 1941 bows were lying upright in 11 fathoms with one mast showing. 1948; wreck dispersed.
