October 2002. Norfolk NMP.
The cropmarks of an incomplete ring ditch are visible on NLA oblique aerial photographs from 1977 (S1). The ring ditch is slightly elliptical measuring 29.5m long ways and 25m the other. The entire ditch is not visible, there are two gaps within the cropmark to the south, the largest being where it is interested by a later ditch or field boundary (HER 27744). It is probable that this ring ditch is Bronze Age in date.
S. Massey (NMP), 12 February 2003.
