February 1983. Metal detecting in topsoil. Just southwest of Gapton Hall, in area about 50m across.
Double sided lead seal matrix.
Short cross penny, Type I Henry II, and penny cut to halfpenny of North France or Low Countries.
Edwardian copy, reads WILLEM.. DVX…
