In Old Hunstanton village but Hunstanton parish.
Mound, low hillock about 4m high.

A. Gregory (NAU) and J. Smallwood, March 1983.

September 2002. Norfolk NMP.
Several banks and ditches were mapped in the vicinity and possibly on top if this mound. These are recorded under NHER 1277 and 26865. It is not clear if any of these features directly relate to the supposed stone footings, although the bank running from TF 6894 4254 and TF 6895 4247 (NHER 1277), may have stone components.
S. Massey (NMP), 17 September 2002.
