Full Description
22 February 1983. Thin scatter over field. In winter wheat adjacent to dyke. On top of and to west side of medium roddon.
Possibly Roman pottery sherds.

Also context 2 at 4959 0862. Total 60m northwest to southeast, 80m northeast to southwest at 2.1m (7ft) OD.
Fairly dense concentration of Roman pottery.
Some bone.
Fired clay.
