Summary

Fenland fieldwalking here during 1983 recorded a scatter of medieval pottery sherds, bone fragmnets, building rubble and post medieval material. This site is on the side of an undated roddon which has been transformed by the superimposition of raised track, so only part of site survives.

Context 2 at 4688 1369. 100m north-to-south x 20m at 3.1m (10ft) OD.
Scatter medieval pottery, abundant bone, building rubble and post medieval material, and sparse shell, in disturbed earth. Site is on side of roddon which has been transformed by superimposition of raised track so only part of site survives.
