1983. Garden of 263 Smeeth Road.
Found when digging.
Short cross penny of Henry III (North class 7) 1217/8-1242. Obverse: HENRICVS REX rev: ELIS ON LVNDON (North number 979).
Identified by S. Margeson (NCM), 14 February 1983.
