Summary

Metal detecting in this area in 1982 recovered a Roman copper alloy pendant. The terminals of the pendant appeared to have been deliberately broken off with a chisel.

Roman bronze grooved pendant with evidence of central loop (missing). Each terminal appears to have been deliberately broken off as there is evidence of chisel marks.
