Summary

A World War Two concrete pillbox survives in an overgrown state in a hedge to the northeast of the church on the north side of the lane.

February 2026. HER Enhancement: Forestry Commission Project K.
The pillbox was not visible on the recent erial sources consulted (for example S1) as part of this project. The pillbox may have been removed or obscured by vegetation. Further investigation such as field visits are required to further assess the features survival.
